just now watched the sumo show on chn u so nice lol lol must respect sumo hor they high class people in japan ok.. they're not just FAT ok but very very de MUSCULAR tsk see what they eat so healthy la but cause they eat @ the right time so they can get so big..
the 1 hour after the workout you hungry so that's the best absorption period so after workout immediately eat will cause all the whatever whatever to be absorbed you know you know? i know you dnnt know.. so you want muscles after workout eat protein you want fat after eat go sleep so you want become sumo after workout you go eat & then you sleep yup that's what they said =))

actually wanna buy samsung f480 then went there see see look look then ++ a lot a lot factors then decided to buy this
